Which product should I start with?

Choose hair oil for a pre-wash scalp-and-lengths ritual, or truAGE facial oil for daily skin moisture. If you are trying CRISAN for the first time, the 2 oz bottles are the smaller option.

Do I have to subscribe?

No. Choose a one-time purchase for a gift or first order. Optional subscription plans repeat at the selected interval; review the terms before choosing one.

How do I use the oils?

Hair oil: apply a small amount to scalp and lengths, leave on for 2–4 hours or overnight, then shampoo thoroughly. Facial oil: apply 2–3 drops to clean face and neck. Patch test first and follow the product directions.

Will my gift arrive before Christmas?

Order early. Processing and transit time vary, especially during holidays. Check the shipping policy and available checkout options; Christmas arrival is not guaranteed. Holiday styling props in the photographs are not included with the products.

What should I know about returns?

Change-of-mind returns are not offered. If an item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Read the full refund policy before ordering.
