I have very long, thick, fine hair that is prone to locking while swinging on my back during movement. I started using the hair oil about a year ago. I apply it 2x a week, the night before I wash my hair. The tutorial on their site is very helpful on how to apply. It smells heavenly, feels cool when applied and washes out easily. My hair has grown about 5 inches and I love it!! I get compliments all the time on how long it is. The oil is a plus in the winter with my itchy scalp. One bottle lasted me a good 10 months. Give it a try!! You'll love it!!
