Due to the nature of cosmetics, we have a strict refund policy to ensure fairness for all customers and to comply with health and safety regulations. 1. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for “change of mind” purchases, including if you simply don’t like the product, decide you don’t need it, or change your preferences after receiving it.
Why: Our products are cosmetics, and once opened or used, they cannot be resold due to health and safety regulations. To avoid waste, we encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, and customer reviews before purchasing. 2. Eligible Returns (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)

We will only accept returns in the following cases:
- Defective Products: The product is damaged, broken, or otherwise unusable upon arrival (e.g., a cracked bottle or missing components).
- Incorrect Items: We sent the wrong product (e.g., you ordered an oil but received a shampoo).
Timeframe: You must report defective or incorrect items within 5 days of delivery, based on the tracking information provided by the carrier.
Condition: The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products, even if defective, unless the defect was immediately noticeable upon opening (e.g., a broken seal).
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.

3. Return Process for Eligible Items

Step 1: Contact Us Immediately

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the defect or incorrect item (including packaging). We’ll respond within 1-2 business days if approved.
Step 2: Ship the Product Back
Ship the product back to us within 7 days of receiving our response, using a trackable shipping method.
Step 3: Receive Your Resolution
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, we’ll either send a replacement (preferred) or issue a refund, at our discretion. Replacements will be shipped within 3 business days; refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Unauthorized returns will be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.

4. Resolution Options

Replacements: For defective or incorrect items, we’ll first offer a replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Refunds: If a replacement isn’t available or you prefer a refund, we’ll process a full refund (including original shipping fees) to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Subscription Orders: Subscription orders are not eligible for refunds after shipment. See our Subscription Policy for cancellation options.

5. Shipping Costs

Original Shipping: If a return is approved due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we’ll refund the original shipping fee.
Return Shipping: We’ll provide a prepaid return label for approved returns. If you initiate an unauthorized return, you’re responsible for return shipping costs, and we may deduct a 15% restocking fee.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products (unless defective upon opening).
Products marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
Gift cards, promotional items, or free samples.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or mishandling by the customer.

7. Chargeback Prevention

We’ll resolve most issues within 1-2 business days, often faster than a chargeback process. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in delays, additional fees, or loss of eligibility for a resolution.
Documentation: We require photos for defective items and a trackable return method to process claims. This helps us resolve issues quickly and fairly.
Time Limits: Failure to report issues within 5 days of delivery voids your eligibility for a return or refund.
Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who file chargebacks without first attempting to resolve the issue with us.
