At Crisan Beauty, we’re committed to delivering your luxury hair care products as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand our shipping process, timelines, costs, and what to do if there’s an issue with your order.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam).
At this time, we ship to select international countries. If you’re outside the U.S., please contact us at info@crisanbeauty.com to explore alternative options.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).
Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination.
Standard shipping starts at $5.99 for orders under $50.
Expedited shipping rates vary and will be shown at checkout.
Free shipping applies automatically to orders over $75 (before taxes).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx).
If you don’t receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@crisanbeauty.com or text (469)206-9632.

5. Shipping Issues (Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders)

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package. If it’s deemed lost, we’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, at our discretion.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund, at our discretion.
Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier. Note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors.
Important: To protect your order, we recommend providing a secure shipping address (e.g., not leaving packages unattended). Crisan Beauty is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Crisan Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize your address is incorrect after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@crisanbeauty.com. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. If it has shipped, we cannot redirect it, and additional fees may apply for re-shipment.

7. Contact Us First (Chargeback Prevention)

We’re here to help! If there’s any issue with your shipment—whether it’s delayed, lost, or damaged—please contact us directly at info@crisanbeauty.com or text (469)206-9632 before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, often faster than a chargeback process. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in delays and additional fees.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page, with the “Last Updated” date at the top.
