At Crisan Beauty, we offer subscription plans to ensure you never run out of your favorite luxury hair care products. Our subscriptions are designed for convenience, savings, and flexibility. Please read this Subscription Policy carefully to understand how our subscriptions work, including billing, cancellations, and modifications.
1. How Subscriptions Work
  • What’s Included: Subscriptions are available for select products, such as our Complete Hair Essentials Vegan Daily Vitamins and Extreme Hair Strengthening Oils. You’ll receive your chosen product(s) on a recurring basis (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).
  • Choosing a Plan: Subscription options are displayed on the product page. You can select your preferred frequency at checkout.
  • Discounts: Subscribers receive a discount on each recurring order as a thank-you for your loyalty.
  • Automatic Renewal: By signing up, you agree to automatic renewals until you cancel your subscription.
2. Billing and Payments
  • Billing Frequency: You’ll be charged on the same day of each cycle (e.g., if you subscribe on the 1st, you’ll be billed on the 1st of each subsequent cycle).
  • Payment Method: We’ll charge the payment method you provided at checkout. If your payment method fails, we’ll attempt to charge it up to 3 times over 5 days and notify you via email.
  • Price Changes: We may adjust subscription prices due to changes in product costs or promotions. You’ll be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price increase via email to info@crisanbeauty.com. If you don’t agree to the new price, you can cancel before the next billing cycle.
  • Taxes and Fees: Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added at checkout and may vary based on your location.
3. Managing Your Subscription
  • Access Your Account: Log in to your Crisan Beauty account at https://shopify.com/92488007966/account/pages/6971b1a1-27f6-4c27-b8b0-3009fd3b921d to view, modify, or cancel your subscription.
  • Modifications: You can change your delivery frequency, update your shipping address, or swap products (if available) at least 3 days before your next billing date.
  • Skipping a Delivery: Need a break? You can skip a delivery by logging into your account and selecting the “Skip” option.
  • Pausing: You can pause your subscription for up to 90 days. Contact us at info@crisanbeauty.com or text (469)206-9632 to request a pause.
  • Note: Changes made after the billing date will apply to the next cycle.
4. Cancellation Policy
  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting “Cancel Subscription.” Alternatively, contact us at info@crisanbeauty.com or text (469)206-9632, and we’ll assist you.
  • Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
  • No Refunds for Past Orders: Canceling does not refund previous subscription orders. All sales are final unless the product is defective (see our Refund Policy).
  • Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email once your subscription is canceled. If you don’t receive this within 24 hours, please contact us.
5. Shipping and Delivery
  • Subscription orders follow our standard Shipping Policy.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be charged with each subscription order unless your order qualifies for free shipping (orders over $75).
  • If a delivery is delayed, lost, or damaged, please refer to our Shipping Policy and contact us immediately.
6. Subscription Issues and Support
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails after 3 attempts, your subscription may be paused. We’ll notify you to update your payment method. Failure to update within 7 days may result in cancellation.
  • Product Availability: If a subscribed product is out of stock, we’ll notify you and either delay the shipment or substitute with a comparable product (at our discretion). You can cancel if the substitution isn’t acceptable.
  • Contact Us First: If you encounter any issues with your subscription—billing errors, delivery problems, or dissatisfaction—please contact us at info@crisanbeauty.com or text (469)206-9632 before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We’ll resolve most issues within 1-2 business days, often faster than a chargeback process. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in delays and additional fees.
7. Changes to This Policy
  • We may update this Subscription Policy as needed. The most current version will always be available on this page, with the “Last Updated” date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
